ศึกษา วิจัย และพัฒนาคุณสมบัติของของป่า ซึ่งเป็นผลิตผลป่าไม้จากสิ่งที่มีชีวิต เช่น หวาย ไผ่ ชันและยาง พืชสมุนไพรและเครื่องเทศ พืชอาหาร แมลงอุตสาหกรรมและแมลงกินได้ ไม้หอม เปลือกไม้ แทนนินและสีธรรมชาติ เพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืน
To study, research and development on the properties of non-wood forest products (NWFPs) such as rattans, bamboos, gum and resin, herbs/ medicinal plants and spices, edible plants, industrial insects and edible insects, scented woods, tannins and natural dyes, barks for sustainable use

Coordinating operations with relevant agencies, promote and develop the utilization of non-wood forest products while integrating the collaboration with various sectors
